Customer Review: Don't buy - pots are faulty and crack

I recently purchased this slow cooker, only to have the pot crack after two uses. Kitchenaid replaced the pot, and the replacement cracked on the first use. Kitechenaid then replaced both the heating unit and the pot, only to have the pot (third one) crack upon first use. If you check the Kitchenaid site, you will find a chat thread with several other consumers retelling the same story. On a positive note, customer service was always very nice and responsive, but I am tired of calling and dealing with shipping, so I'll just be junking this unit and moving on to another brand.
