The set comprises a 7-1/2-inch fruit and vegetable peeler with a sharp, 2-1/4-inch swiveling blade that's also perfect for creating cheese curls to garnish salads, and a 6-3/4-inch citrus zester that also can form long, thin peels for garnishing and wide twists for drinks. The tools have stylish, black enamel-like handles, with polished 18/8 stainless-steel accents, including hanging holes. They're dishwasher-safe. KitchenAid says the first year of their lifetime warranty against defects is hassle-free, with replacements shipped at no cost and without question if defects are detected.
