I was sent a dud also, as soon as i opened the box the toaster was broken at the seam & the pink lever fell off without even pushing it down, very cheaply made, can't believe it's a kitchen aid, very disappointed

Extra-wide slots and self-centering racks ensure that your bread of choice is toasted your way. The warming button let you rewarm previously toasted foods. Features an even heat system, stainless steel interior, easy-to-use controls, easy-lift lever and a removable crumb tray. This easy-to-clean unit also features convenient cord storage. A $7.00 donation will be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation with each Komen pink toaster sold. Features KitchenAid's one year Hassle Free Warranty.This compact two-slot toaster from KitchenAid comes with a menu of toasting features and a sturdy, user-friendly structure.
