My daughter bought me the Accolade for Christmas last year and what a ball we had making Christmas dinner. Luckily, this year she gave me The Mixer Bible, which is a huge book (300 recipes)that gives you recipes and ways to use the mixer to your advantage. We made the buttermilk mashed potatoes in my new mixer and they were fabulous. No more hand mashing. We also had time to make the Cloverleaf dinner rolls. It was so quick and easy to make these up. Everyone at the table said they were the best rolls ever. I can't wait to get a few attachments like the ice cream maker and the food grinder to be able to make some of the delicious looking recipes in my new cookbook. I had an old Hamilton Beach mixer for years, but this mixer has really gotten me excited about cooking again.
