Italian born and bred, I grate a lot of cheese. This grater is up to the task. It's easy to clean, sharp and versatile. I love the storage cup that's included and only wish that it was offered in colors other than black - red would be nice <hint! hint!>

Carries a lifetime warranty against defects, and a 1-year no-hassle, no-cost replacement guarantee.Its bottom rimmed with rubber for slip-resistant stability on the counter, this stylish box grater is made of mirror-finish, 18/8 stainless steel and provides a serious cook with three grating blades and one slicing blade. For convenience, a 3-cup plastic container fits snugly inside the grater to catch food. The grater is calibrated in 1/2-cup gradations, has a lid for storage, and is dishwasher-, microwave-, and freezer-safe.
