Very good with cutting the cheese and that is not saying any thing about stinking up the joint on you. This cheese slicer is a very good thing to have and is indeed a must have to keep in your kitchen as a food tool. This cheese slicer is very comfortable to grab and hold and is also easy to wash.

This versatile cheese slicer glides through hard or semi-soft cheeses with ease and makes light work of creating cheese trays or hors d'oeuvres for a party. The slicer measures 7-3/4 inches from head to handle's end and has a thick plastic handle with stainless-steel accents for more controlled movements. The head of the slicer has a 4-inch-wide wire and roller made of heavy-duty stainless steel, which is less likely to snap under pressure when cutting through heavier cheeses. For additional durability, the wire and roller are mounted to a sturdy fiberglass-reinforced nylon frame with cast bolsters. This professional-level slicer is dishwasher-safe for easier cleanup.
