Customer Review: I Love KitchenAid But....

I love KitchenAid, but this grill pan was not for me. It would not sit evenly on my ceramic cook-top out of the box. The handle appears too heavy on the end. It would not be much of a problem on a gas range, but a real disappointment for me. This led to uneven cooking and some burning in the pan. And with the grooves, this pan is exceptionally tough to clean relative to the flat five-ply 12 inch skillet. Even if the grill pan sat evenly on my range, the cleaning of the pan was certainly a major drawback to using this pan.
