Customer Review: Beautiful! ...and does its job!

I've had this pan for about a year now, and love it. It's sleek and beautiful and does it's job very well. I can saute some garlic, then steam spinach or green beans. The size may be a drawback for some, yet for so many uses it's been perfect for me. My favorite, made several times for a family of four, is shepherd's pie. It does its job on the stovetop, then in the oven, and on the table makes a grand presentation.
Beyond its ease of use and good looks, I especially appreciate the ease of care. I may need to soak it a bit, but very little elbow grease brings it back to looking like new. If your looking for a great quality medium-sized pan, this is it.
