Customer Review: A Real Disappointment

This opener feels great in the hand. It's very sturdy and has nice heft. It did a good job of cutting-at first. After a few uses, it is now useless. It no longer grips the cans. It slips constantly and no longer cuts. I replaced it with a Kuhn-Rikon safety opener. An award-winning opener that works every time. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. I wish I had known about it before I bought this piece of garbage. I think kitchenaid should stick to countertop appliances.
