Was looking for a relatively inexpensive set of steak knives, but did not want any with serrated edges that would tear the meat. Bought these on price only, but was I surprised with what I received. Good looking, sharpen to a razor edge with a butcher's steel, and don't show any rust when washed in the dishwasher. Great job KitchenAid!!!!!
